If you have subscriptions enabled on your website, you can send weekly or daily digest emails of selected content.  It is usual to break this into different categories, which allows your user commnunity to select which content each wants to receive.

To manage your subscriptions:

1. Make sure you are logged in.

2. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top right hand of your screen.

3. You will see your account details.

4. Click on the 'Subscriptions' button to manage your digest choices.

5. You will see the 'Overview' page, which tells you how many categories you are currently receiving.

6. Click on the 'Categories' link.

From here you can tick or untick individual categories to manage your preferences.  If you untick everything, you will no longer receive any digests.

7. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom to save your changes.
