To add a quotation or specially-formatted piece of text to your page or blog post:

1. Make sure you are logged in.
2. Navigate to the page that you want change and click on the 'Edit' button.
3. Move to the body field, and insert your cursor where you want to add special text.
4. Type or select the text you want.
5. Click on the icon at the top toolbar that looks like quotation marks.
6. Scroll down and click 'Save'

That is all.  The software will add special formatting that is consistent with the style of your website, and you have a piece of text that stands out from the rest.
