It can sometimes be useful to see a summary of all your website pages and blog posts.  It provides an overview and allows you to find any lost or unpublished pages.

  • Make sure you are logged in to your site, and that you aren't in the middle of editing a page.
  • On your Editing Menu at the top of your page, click on the link "View content list".
  • You can view or edit any page from here.  You can also perform some operations on several pages at once.

You can use content filters to help you manage all your pages easily.

Just above the list of pages and blogs posts, you see a small form called "Show only items where", with two drop down lists.

The drop down list labelled 'Status' helps you filter out items by whether they are published or not. 

The drop down list labelled 'Type' helps you filter out items by whether they are pages or blog posts.

  1. See a list of your blogs by selecting Type => Blog post and click the 'Filter' button.
  2. See any unpublished content by selecting Status => Unpublished and click the 'Filter' button.
